Joyce Philbin-Collier joins Howard Hanna | Coach Realtors as a licensed real estate associate broker having been in the real estate industry since 1988. With almost 4 successful decades establishing a brilliant track record of sales throughout Long Island, Joyce brings related expertise in the areas of title insurance, mortgage lending, and marketing, providing well-rounded, comprehensive knowledge in any real estate transaction. Always eager to enhance her skills, Joyce is presently working toward her certification as a drone pilot through the FAA to provide a seller with an enhanced presentation of their home. Joyce has in-depth area knowledge, having been a long-term fixture in the Port Jefferson/Belle Terre/Three Village Communities. She briefly left to work and live in Boston but moved back to Long Island where she raised two children with her husband of over 30 years in Belle Terre/Port Jefferson.

Through the years Joyce has been appointed as a Zone Director, Professional Standards Committee member, and Arbitrator, serving The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. She also served as co-chair of The Advertising Committee for MLS responsible for the advertising campaign for Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens Counties, and has earned the Designation of Certified Listing Professional. Joyce earned a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Marketing, graduating with Honors at the Stony Brook University College of Business.

Joyce enjoys professional status as a photographer, published author, and chef. You may be surprised to learn that Joyce has also been a professional stunt/precision driver on television and film sets with her vintage automobiles!
